opportunities to fundraise to add money into their student accounts. We will have our first fundraiser packet available at Forms and Fees Night. It's up to the student and their families to participate. Believe it or not, some students fund their band account ENTIRELY through fundraisers, so it is possible. If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please email the WBPA President, Connie Raney or Treasurer Kim Renaud privately. Their contact information is as follows:

Since our band camp is earlier this year than last year, you may not be able to get your physical renewed until August or per your insurance guidelines. Please note that you must have a current physical on file, per school requirements. The forms are available on www.windsorbands.org in the Document Center. Password is bandfan2012.

Forms and Fees Night June 25th (Band Payment Schedule)

Hello Band!
It's time to begin another award-winning band season! The date for Forms and Fees Night is Tuesday, June 25th in the WHS Commons. New band students should plan to arrive at 6:30 p.m.. Returning band students at 7 p.m. You must arrive WITH A PARENT or GUARDIAN.
Our band fees have been historically lower than neighboring schools. We are pleased to announce that we've been able to hold the cost to $275. This is only $25 higher than last year. We WILL be going away for band camp this year. The last time we went away to band camp, two years ago, the cost was $285 per student. We were able to save some money this year on drill cost, etc. Band Camp is scheduled July 27th-31st at Camp Woodland Hills in St. Clair, MO. Band Camp is MANDATORY.
A two-payment option will be offered. The first payment due is HALF of your entire band fees (including instrument fee, shoes if you need them, etc.) and will be due on June 25th, Forms and Fees Night. Your Participation fee of $150 is also due on June 25th. We recommend that you write a separate check for this amount and it will be refunded after you have worked three (3) or more events for the band. Your band balance will be due on Monday, July 22nd. So what are you getting for your money? Your band fee includes the following expenses:
· Lodging in an air conditioned cabin for 4 nights
· All meals and snacks beginning with dinner on Saturday, July 27th and ending with breakfast on Wednesday, July 31st
· Transportation to and from band camp
· Marching Band Camp show cost
· Marching Band Camp drill cost
· Marching Band Camp clinician cost
· Show shirt
· Hotel for one night in Columbia, MO for Mizzou competition in October
· If you are participating in Color Guard, there are additional expenses for uniform, etc.
